All of our inflatables hold valid PIPA safety certificates, which can be viewed and verified directly on the PIPA Register website.

Each hire also includes safety guidelines for proper use, which every hirer must read and follow to ensure the safety of all users.

Bad Weather Policy

In the event of wet weather or high winds, our team will assess conditions and may need to cancel outdoor bookings depending on the severity of the weather.

For safety reasons, inflatables must not be operated in wind speeds of 24mph or higher, in line with safety guidelines.

If we are required to cancel your outdoor hire due to unsafe weather conditions, any payments already made will be held as credit and can be used towards a future booking.
